Our Story: Built in Edinburgh. Growing With Property.

ELC was established in 2003 by Managing Director Miles Leslie, with a focus on providing landlords and tenants with a professional, locally informed property service.

Over the years, our work has grown beyond traditional letting. We’ve developed specialist expertise in property management and HMOs, expanded our support for investors and built stronger links between property management, compliance and maintenance.

Today, ELC supports landlords, tenants and property investors across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife, while our wider group provides access to residential sales and specialist property compliance services.

Edinburgh Letting Centre begins with a focus on professional residential letting in the Edinburgh property market.

We are also members of The Property Ombudsman (T00684) and have Client Money Protection in place.

Our team includes members who hold the SCQF Level 6 Certificate in Property Agency (Lettings), while Managing Director Miles Leslie holds an MSc in Real Estate Management and Investment and an LLB in Law.
