Joseph Nixon

Joseph joined ELC in September 2024 as a Trainee Property Manager and, through his dedication, professionalism and commitment to continuous development, has progressed to the role of Senior Property Manager, where he now leads our Property Management team. Having successfully completed all of his ARLA Propertymark examinations, Joseph has developed a strong technical knowledge of residential letting and property management, which he combines with a practical, customer-focused approach.

With a background in hospitality, Joseph has always excelled at building strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer service. He is passionate about providing exceptional support to both landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are managed efficiently while maintaining the highest professional standards. His leadership, attention to detail and calm, solutions-focused approach have made him a valued member of the ELC management team.

Outside of work, Joseph is a keen rugby enthusiast who enjoys both playing and following the sport. When he’s not on the rugby pitch, he enjoys relaxing with the latest video games or discovering a new TV series.
