Scottish Covid-19 legislation put more burden on landlords to protect the tenants. While tenants can leave giving 28 days notice, landlords’ notices were extended to up to 6 months. Evicting a tenant is difficult, but not impossible. In levels 0, 1 and 2 eviction orders are being enforced again.
